Vivica A. Fox, 46, is tying the knot once again!. Omar “Slim” White, a 27 year old club promoter, proposed while on vacation in South Beach, Fla., over the holidays.

If the engagement ring sets the tone for the marriage, then she can be ready for an opulent, lux life.

Omar presented Vivica with a three-piece stacked, 8 carat diamond ring. The center stone has a brilliant-cut and weighs between 2 and 2.5 carats and is surrounded by smaller, emerald-cut diamonds. The center band is flanked is flanked by two round, brilliant-cut eternity bands set in a shared prong mounting. It reportedly cost $750,000!
